“I couldn't help but notice a review about 13 or 14 down the list here from back in July from a Katie Lee. Because you thought it was necessary to write and post such a childish and scathing review of your horrible experience at this establishment that clearly has It out for you and your family blah blah blah. I felt the need to tell you to go get f*cked and get struck by lightning or eaten by sharks...... reminded me why I moved away from liberty years ago and occasionally go back for things like a nice laid back well served lunch on the square. And that's about it...”

“Stopped at Huey’s for lunch after visiting Liberty and was not disappointed in the meal. Quick service, friendly staff and clean restaurant. My friends enjoyed the Reuben sandwich. My chicken salad sandwich and Greek salad was delicious. We were impressed with the salad presentation! Not the usual mixed together and put on a plate salad. Highly recommend stopping at Huey’s when traveling near Liberty.”

“Great birthday dinner with my beautiful wife. Very enjoyable meal. The service was excellent and the drinks were plentiful ? Enjoyed outstanding steaks and shrimp and the vegetables we were hot, crunchy and not over done. Will be back very soon. Thank you!”

“Second time at Macarenas today and it’s now our favorite Mexican spot. We ordered their breakfast burritos and they were amazing. Previously we have had the quesaburria tacos and chicken burritos, both were delicious! Highly recommend visiting!”

“I love Culver's fish! It is so delicious! They also have excellent hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, Ruben sandwiches, salads and soups. There are so many frozen custard flavors to choose from for dessert. Employees serve your food to your table on trays, and pick up trays after you're finished. Tables are always cleaned promptly. Two thumbs up ???”

“This place was absolutely amazing for our small baby shower! They were fantastic with the kiddos that joined us, was very patient, and the service was phenomenal. “Our kids absolutely loved the Chocolate, it was hard to keep them from eating all of it before we had lunch today. Owners were very nice when we met them a few days ago out in Kansas City, glad they recommended us to stop by on vacation before we went home. Highly recommend going there if you haven’t already”

“We finally tried it and I only wish we had made it over sooner. This place is SO GOOD! My husband and I tried the asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and birria quesabirrias. there was not one thing that we didn't enjoy or genuinely say was very good. We will absolutely be back!”

“I’ve had Lions Choice at different locations and loved it but this location left me a little disappointed. When ordering they ask if you would like it medium rare my sandwich showed up well done,bummer. This is the only Lions Choice location left in the KC area which sucks.”

“This is one of the best Goodcents I have been to! The quality is excellent, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they care about food you are receiving. The sandwiches are always fresh, and you can customize it as much as you'd like. If there is ever an issue with the sandwich (because mistakes happen), they are happy to make it up to you. The place is always busy, which shows how much people love it.”

“I didn't try the food so I can't comment on that. The crowd was eclectic. If you're into wide range of ages and a comfort level type place then this is your kind of bar. The bartender is personable and everyone else is nice. The bathrooms are clean. What else do you want in a dive bar? Got a pool table if that's your thing too. Try it, it's great!”

“This place always looked busy so I finally checked it out. I can feel and taste why now! All of the staff were super nice and friendly. The menu had a lot to offer so we started with the Cheese Sticks. OMG. I wasn’t sure if we were going to get mozz sticks or a garlic cheesy bread and we got neither. We got something COMPLETELY unique and delicious. Highly recommend that. Then as it was Taco Tuesday, we tried their Taco Pizza. Quite possibly the best taco pizza. I have always been a fan of Casey’s taco pizza with the Doritos and this was a much better version. Highly recommend!”

“The cucumber salad wasn’t my favorite, but I let it sit in the fridge over night in the sauce and it was much better :) The crab ragoons were amazing, I could eat 100 of these. I got the Pad see eiw and it was fantastic, I got medium spicy and it was a little too much for me but was still really good. We also got the pad thai medium spicy, and my gf can handle a lot of spice and it was too much for her as well. So my only recommendation is get the spice level below what you think you can handle! Love this place, will be back for sure.”

“Phew, came up here today and Brooklyn wasn’t here and it was so nice to feel welcome and not feel such hostile energy. The three booths in the bar area didn’t have “reserved” placards on them either, being reserved for nobody. We weren’t given dirty looks when we came in or made to feel unwelcome either. We don’t like to sit bar side due to the fruit flies, but one time we tried to use the bar side booths and were very rudely told they were closed (with no one at the bar except.. you guessed it). Great experience this time around!”
